Project management and field coordination for active construction projects — keeping scope defined, execution organized, and information moving between field and office.
On most jobs, coordination issues don’t show up in reports — they show up as crews waiting, rework, and lost time.
HardSpan was built from direct experience on both sides of the field-office divide. That background includes ironwork through foreman and general foreman roles — steel erection, bolt-up, decking, rigging, miscellaneous steel, and crew leadership on active commercial projects. It also includes project coordination and controls work tied to structural steel fabrication, semiconductor, and data center environments: scope tracking, field-to-office communication, submittal and RFI support, and keeping execution organized under real jobsite pressure.
Work performed under prior employers and project teams has included major stadium construction, commercial steel fabrication, and confidential semiconductor and data center programs.
HardSpan was launched to provide contract support in the areas where coordination, execution, and follow-through most often break down — and where having someone who has actually done the work makes a measurable difference in keeping work moving and avoiding preventable delays.
Documented contributions from prior project work are in development and will be linked here.

Every engagement is built around the modules your project actually needs. Select one or combine several — scope is defined up front so everybody knows what's being handled and how.
Review project documents, identify gaps, overlaps, and coordination risks — and track scope-related issues as the job moves forward.
Organize the build and procurement baseline, then track execution against the plan — documenting slippage, impacts, and constraints in real time.
Support labor planning, impact documentation, and change tracking within your existing budget and project controls structure.
On-site visits, progress verification, field condition review, and direct connection between what's happening in the field and what needs to happen in the office.
Draft and track RFIs, support submittal coordination, and maintain visibility on open issues that need follow-through. Organized follow-through, not just manpower.
Connect model-based coordination to field conditions and execution planning — making sure issues are visible, communicated, and resolved before they become field delays.
Support punch, turnover, and closeout document coordination so the job doesn't turn into a paperwork swamp at the finish line.
Every engagement is scoped before it starts. Deliverables, reporting cadence, and communication expectations are set up front — no ambiguity about what's being handled or who's getting what information.
A focused 20-minute call to discuss your project, identify the main pain points, and determine whether there's a practical fit. No cost, no obligation.
Every engagement starts with an orientation pass — confirming interfaces, assumptions, risks, and information gaps — tied to the selected service modules.
Structured, documented support within the agreed scope — with clear deliverables and defined reporting cadence so the work is always visible to the people who need it.
Engagements are structured around your project's actual needs — from a targeted consultation to ongoing coordination support.
